Regional Sales Manager, North America

Regional Sales Manager, North America

Overview

Are you a dental expert who is passionate about the digital workflow, deep-tech, and changing the status-quo? Fascinated by 3D, cloud, CAD/CAM and machine learning? Love working with cutting-edge tools, on a blank canvas, and in unconstrained environments? Want to play a leading role as H3D grows from a profitable startup to an iconic scaleup?

We are looking for an ambitious US based Regional Sales Manager who gets excited by these questions! You will report directly to the Global Sales Director and shape our growth across North America and beyond.

About H3D

H3D is an Australian Ph.D. research spinout whose mission is to make custom-fit devices (e.g. hearing aids, dental appliances) accessible to everyday people. We do this by providing AI technology to audio and dental labs – our Dental CAD, Audio CAD and Smartphone Scanning products – to grow their businesses and better support patients.

Since our product launch in 2021, H3D are growing fast and working with industry leaders such as Logitech, GN Resound, Modern Dental Group and many others. The company is backed by leading VC investors and has customers based worldwide.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage a pipeline of dental labs across North America.
  • Drive opportunities by leveraging your existing dental lab network and industry research.
  • Conduct onsite visits with labs to understand their processes, challenges, and automation goals, while demonstrating the value of AI-driven CAD.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson — educating customers on how our technology integrates into daily lab operations.
  • Develop partnerships with KOL’s, leading lab chains and suppliers to build the H3D brand
  • Represent our company at industry events, trade shows, and customer forums, positioning us as a leader in AI for digital dentistry.
  • Share insights, shape our go-to-market strategy and collaborate with our dental product team to steer our AI technology to meet the needs of dental labs across the region.

Must-Have Experience:

  • 3+ years of business development, sales, or customer-facing experience in dental technology.
  • Strong existing relationships and network with U.S. dental labs.
  • Passion for digital dentistry, CAD/CAM workflows, and AI automation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel for onsite customer engagement.
  • Self-starter mindset with a focus on building trust and long-term partnerships, not just hitting short-term quotas.

Nice-To-Have Experience:

  • Experience as a dental lab technician or prior experience supporting dental labs.
  • Hands-on familiarity with existing manual CAD/CAM software
  • Previous success introducing new technology into clinical or lab environments.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth tech company.
  • Knowledge of broader AI trends in healthcare and digital dentistry.

Our culture:

  • Mission Driven: we value the social impact our work drives.
  • Balanced + Fun Loving: we value our lives outside of work, as we’re a collective of dedicated family members, surfers, rock climbers, musicians, travellers, and more.
  • Quick Movers: we value getting things done, with a bias for action.
  • Autonomy and Empowerment: we value independence and ownership.
  • Embrace Challenges: we value resourcefulness, facing ambiguity with comfort.

The benefits:

  • Impactful Work: your work will benefit patients and humanity at large, and you will gain a unique career experience.
  • Generous Remuneration: we value working with the best, and we remunerate accordingly. This includes valuable equity options.
  • Remote First + Flexible: we enjoy the liberty of living where we want and working when we want, with teammates spanning Ireland, Denmark, Ukraine, France, and Australia.
